From the micro tools I’ve built to the software I swear by here’s the behind-the-scenes lineup of everything powering my business.
If it’s on this list, it’s saved me time, boosted revenue, or kept me from losing it during a launch.

And yes, I’m an affiliate for many of them because they actually work.

Favorite Tools

Here's what I use or what I suggest for others depending on your needs. *some links below are affiliate links and I may receive a small commission

Asana

This is a project management tool mainly for my podcast, Systems Saved Me®. My manual tasks are low so I don’t need to keep many tasks outside my written to do list.

More to come!

Airtable

I use this for more than I could possibly list…but mostly, I use it to track how well my marketing is doing overall. I love setting up interactive spreadsheets that show me to see the same information in different formats.

BreezeDoc

This is a GREAT one-time contract tool to have clients sign their agreements with you. There is also an always free plan too if you don’t send a ton of contracts every month.

Canva

This is what I use to create my ad graphics, presentation slides, GIF creation, as well as some of my Instagram Reels, etc…

Captivate

This is my podcast hosting platform and I enjoy the simplicity and price point of it.

Cloudflare

I use Cloudflare to keep my websites as secure and up to date with any tech changes as possible. My websites don’t get tons of traffic so it’s more cautionary than anything.

Descript

I use Descript for transcribing or editing a lot because I found it to be the most accurate of them all.

Dubsado

Dubsado is incredible if you do services for your business ( I don't anymore, but still recommend them for those that do!)

Fathom AI

This is an AI note-taker that I have on all my Zoom calls because Zoom recording gets expensive fast. I love that it automatically transcribes and takes into account what questions were asked. This is great for coaching calls.

Goody

This is what I use for gifting now because I just don’t like the mental process of figuring out a gift. I’m obsessed and you should be too.

Hyros

I use Hyros to track my Facebook ads traffic to see if it’s actually leading to sales. It is my most expensive tool that I have in my business, however when running any kind of advertising, it’s crucial you have clarity in your data.

Kit

This is my email marketing software and I’m obsessed. It helps me not to overcomplicate my email sequences and whatnot.

FG Funnels

I use FG Funnels for my...you guessed it...funnels. They have great customer support and it's fairly straight forward to setup. I only use them for their page-builder, but it can do a lot more!

Loom

I currently use Loom every day (literally) to record my screen, explain myself to clients, and for tutorials.  It also helps me eliminate sales calls.

ManyChat

I use ManyChat to grow my email list from my Instagram audience. I publish a Reel and ask people to comment a certain word. Once they do, they receive a link in their DMs to sign up for a freebie or link. It’s worked very well for me as I’ve added 3,000 people to my list from it.

Metricool

I use Metricool for social media scheduling and analytics. Their analytics above everyone else’s are my favorite and are thorough. I also can export them and add them to an Airtable spreadsheet to play with the numbers more.

Poppy AI

Poppy AI is a visual AI workspace that combines the power of ChatGPT and Claude with a flexible, canvas-style interface designed for creative thinkers. It lets you drag in videos, PDFs, images, and voice notes, then use AI to analyze, connect, and generate content, all in one place. Think MindMap meets AI chat thread.

RightMessage

RightMessage is my secret weapon for higher conversions. It drives more leads and sales by segmenting your email list, personalizing visitor experiences, and optimizing conversions — no coding or fuss required.

Riverside

I record my podcast on Riverside, which I thoroughly enjoy. It’s clean and keeps my recording process organized. I also like that I can record separate tracks for editing.

SamCart

I sell my products using SamCart’s checkout. I’ve found it to be the highest converting of all my pages (this is across 8 years of data). I think SamCart’s feel gives customers and potential customers a sense of trust because it’s used a lot.

ScribeHow

Think of this as a Loom video with the ability to  screenshot and add instructions for crystal clear SOPs.

ShowIt

I built this website on ShowIt! I love how you can design a mobile and desktop version differently.

TidyCal

I use this for booking podcast recordings, meetings, strategy sessions, etc… Best part is that it's a 1-time payment!

VideoAsk

I use this for gathering testimonials or replacing sales calls. It is an async video communication tool - kind of like a video funnel.

Voxer

I use this for a lot of personal/business conversations. It transcribes conversations and you can do audios for up to 15 minutes.

Zapier

I use a lot of different tools that need to talk to each other. So it's great to have Zapier as an intermediary.

Zoom

I use Zoom for meetings and such. It's the typical choice and gets the job done for now.
