TOOLS TOOLS TOOLS
OTHER TOOLS WE LOVE
Currently, holding 3 Terabytes of video for my business, but researching alternative options as Dropbox had a recent breach for their signature services (which I did not use).
This is an AI note-taker that I have on all my Zoom calls because Zoom recording gets expensive fast. I love that it automatically transcribes and takes into account what questions were asked. This is great for coaching calls.
This is what I use for gifting now because I just don’t like the mental process of figuring out a gift. I’m obsessed and you should be too.
I keep all my documents and spreadsheets here so I can access them on the go and from different devices.
This is my ticketing software. I found that trying to work in gmail was distracting and things got lost more than answered. Having a business of 8 years, your email inbox gets messy pretty easily.
This is an “Add to Calendar” tool for easier sharing for group events instead of Google invites ( I used it mainly for my program events, but now I use it for my Online Supper Club)
This is a project management tool mainly for my podcast, Systems Saved Me®. My manual tasks are low so I don’t need to keep many tasks outside my written to do list.
I use this for more than I could possibly list…but mostly, I use it to track how well my marketing is doing overall. I love setting up interactive spreadsheets that show me to see the same information in different formats.
This is a GREAT one-time contract tool to have clients sign their agreements with you. There is also an always free plan too if you don’t send a ton of contracts every month.
This is a video conferencing software that I use for my group Online Supper Club. It’s super easy to setup and I love the fact that there is background music in the waiting room. It’s a great Zoom alternative.
This is what I use to create my ad graphics, presentation slides, etc…
This is my podcast hosting platform and I enjoy the simplicity and price point of it.
This is how I share my podcast episodes because I like that it has a nice easy link AND lets me know when I’ve topped any charts on Apple. This is helpful for marketing.
I use Hyros to track my Facebook ads traffic to see if it’s actually leading to sales. It is my most expensive tool that I have in my business, however when running any kind of advertising, it’s crucial you have clarity in your data.
I host some of my courses inside there. I do that in order to have maximum upsell and cross-sell opportunities. I know other software does this too, but in my opinion, their software conversion rate has been among the best.
I use this for organizing and sharing my passwords. It is not my favorite, but it would take time to move elsewhere. I used to have Dashlane with my team, but don’t need that hefty of a tool anymore.
I use this for my landing, sales and confirmation pages. It is simple, to the point, and the longer I’m in business, the less necessary a “pretty URL” is.
I currently use Loom every day (literally) to record my screen, explain myself to clients, and for tutorials.
I use ManyChat to grow my email list from my Instagram audience. I publish a Reel and ask people to comment a certain word. Once they do, they receive a link in their DMs to sign up for a freebie or link. It’s worked very well for me as I’ve added 3,000 people to my list from it.
I use Metricool for social media scheduling and analytics. Their analytics above everyone else’s are my favorite and are thorough. I also can export them and add them to an Airtable spreadsheet to play with the numbers more.
Proof is used for the little notifications about who signed up or purchased from that same page. This really does help with conversions and a must if you want to optimize your funnels.
I record my podcast on Riverside, which I thoroughly enjoy. It’s clean and keeps my recording process organized. I also like that I can record separate tracks for editing.
I sell my products using SamCart’s checkout. I’ve found it to be the highest converting of all my pages (this is across 8 years of data). I think SamCart’s feel gives customers and potential customers a sense of trust because it’s used a lot.
I use this for simple SOP structuring. This isn’t as relevant without a team.
I have 2 websites on this - Systems Saved Me®’s main site and Make Your Mark Live’s main site. They are great for one-off items, but not landing pages. It would get extremely expensive, but it’s not as easy to design both mobile and desktop.
I use this for some masterminds I’m in. I also use it for my entirely async mentorship, 80/20.
I use this for booking podcast recordings, meetings, strategy sessions, etc…
I use this for gathering testimonials or replacing sales calls. It is an async video communication tool - kind of like a video funnel.
I use this for a lot of personal/business conversations. It transcribes conversations and you can do audios for up to 15 minutes.
I use this so much to alleviate a lot of miscommunications between all of my tools. It also is great to be on one of their higher tiers without having to pay that higher price. I use Automate Academy, which is a reseller of Zapier at a lower cost.
I use Zoom for meetings and such. It's the typical choice and gets the job done for now.
